Do we need to say again that it's unethical to conduct medical studies with a placebo group?
Can you even accept that medicine is ALL based on statistics and probabilities? There will always be people who are unlucky to be affected by rare side-effects, it's just that on average the population will suffer less if treated. Social medicine works on averages and group results not single cases and miracle cures, it also works on a cost/benefit basis, you won't use a treatment that's much more expensive if that same money could be used to treat more people with a not-so-good treatment producing better averages. AVERAGES! STATISTIC!
Anyway, discussing with you is like discussing with Jamie_Kurosawa, you simply reiterate your same points and ideas without ever taking into account whatever is said by all the abundant responses by the others.
