This must sound terribly silly. Hope it's in the right place and that not TOO many people will laugh at me!
I went to a restaurant/bar once that was playing asian music videos. In my random moments of distraction I saw a music video being played that I found entertaining because the girl had pink gloves. I don't remember what the tune sounded like but it did have a quite distinctive beat. (Sounds like a very clear 2/4 in my head. Although I could be wrong.) Also, I have no idea what the lyrics were about or who the artist was (there was a guy and a girl in the music video), or if they've done any other stuff... I don't speak Mandarin!
I do wish I knew who it was so I could look up their background and decide whether it's worth it to look at his/her/their other stuff though.
