Stance helped me tons for bossing and for dark cornians (when I used to train there weeks ago anyways). I don't jump because of tele-casting but, for other jobs I do jump quite a bit, its just different styles for different jobs. I actually burn my hp pots faster than my mp pots (currently have 15k hp with conversion and 13k mp). You burn way more just using conversion than a full attack combo, but its a trade off. Max energizer if you want to spend less on pots.
Twister... well its about as bad as dark shock to me except maybe worse because the range stinks and it doesn't attack fast enough for me sometimes when I pass by mobs (I only get the teleport damage in). If for some reason a critical didn't come out and/or my damage is too low to kill them with 2 hits or if I miss, its not as efficient as spamming FB. For bossing, no problem at all, its great for dps I prefer to use this as much as possible actually.
The DoT effect does not work on bosses Hadriel. I think its actually kind of useless unless it does though, since it takes too long to recast the DoT effect that you'd usually kill them first before the DoT even comes out. This is just referring to the DoT effect anyways, the boost in damage is well worth the sp in early lvls though.
