Patch .110 is here! And last I saw, it's at +10k... it's going to draw out an absurd amount of downvotes just because it doesn't deserve to be that high.
Highlights:
--Base MP5 is increased all across the board, while rune-based MP5 is nerfed. Scaling into late-game largely remains unaffected.
--Beginning sources of HP are nerfed in one shape or another. Doran items have their other stats slightly buffed to compensate for being more expensive.
--Teemo can now move quick whenever the fk he wants to gtfo. Since his ability is remade, he kinda effectively has a Boots of Mobility thing going for him.
--Soraka's healing got much buffer vs. physical damage. Base value is slightly increased, scaling slightly nerfed.
--Renekton remodeled. While it doesn't address the mysterious 0 defenses glitch (afaik), his CDs and attacking ability are buffed in general, while his lifesteal got hit.
--Rammus' Powerball slow got nerfed, allowing for a slightly better ability for his victims to escape. Nothing new about his Taunt CD however.
--Olaf can now spam the fk out of Undertow to ruin your day; glitch is no more. Ouch!
--Lose-HP-on-leveling glitches are fixed?
--Katarina's base damage on Death Lotus got jacked up way high! Scaling nerfed a bit, especially in the AP region.
--Rabadon's Deathcap got a bit more expensive again. Has Riot finally hit the sweet spot for the ridiculous 200+ AP item?
