Well I did semi correct myself in the second sentence (however short). Well, with lvl 1 finishing blow in mind until you'll start investing any free sp into maxing it of course. Yes, its a low priority skill, something you won't max until mid way into 4th job or late 4th job. I'll just max mines when I get maple warrior to a decent lvl. Sometimes I feel like tossing a few sp into party shield because the duration just fails so much (then again it barely increases too...).
