Nobody should max Finishing Blow at all, the damage increase isn't even worth the sp. Well, its more of a late priority skill. You're probably even better off getting maple warrior first before Finishing Blow. Currently I have maxed ADA, twister spin, stance, energizer, and hero's will (got this 1 just for fun, so I can make myself a seduce mule since BaMs tend to have high hp anyways). Works just fine for me, I didn't even notice a difference between lvl 1 Finishing Blow and lvl 15 because I still killed in the same number of skills/hits.
