Ok, I drew what is going on:

@Alloy: If it were named, say, Roulette, I would have taken a die and rolled it to figure what it would have done. You chose to name it Improvability Drive, and as an ult (as you listed it in the first post) can only be used on an enemy, the wall can only gain buffs, increases, etc.
Improve-make better. So, that's what I took.
