If it makes you feel better it took me over 6 hours of trying before I finally completed it, and I am probably one of the worst people out there for JQ's. 
Don't give up!!
I also second what other people have already said and suggest you ask someone you trust. Or look into the zak guilds that offer the JQ services. Don't quit over a JQ. =(
