Mark Evans claims there are no Obama birth records.

The only reason anyone cares about his birth is because they think it affects his citizenship. Topic is very much about citizenship.

He moved to Indonesia, I see nothing about taking a citizenship test.

The reason people care about his citizenship is because the citizenship status of "Natural Born Citizen" is required by the Constitution, something Obama promised to uphold.

But as I said, Obama's conditions of birth are not necessary to prove that he doesnt qualify. He surrended any claims to be a US Citizen of any form (unless he goes through the standard immigration processes and becomes a Naturalized Citizen) when he became an Indonesian citizen.

Edit: since people think that Obama's mother can pass on citizenship:

“(7) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States, who prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than ten years, at least five of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years.”

Since Dunham was only 18 when Obama was born, it is impossible for her to pass on citizenship to Obama. The only possible way for Obama to be considered native is by right of jus soli, or by being Born on US soil.

Although, none of that is significant, because he surrendered any possible claims to US citizenship when he became an Indonesian Citizen.
