I wouldb't be surprised if it had backwards-compatibility for PSP games [UMDs]. In regards to PS2s, that's what happened back then. Some games were backwards-compatible, and honestly, if they didn't make it like that, they might lose a lot in sales. Anyone remember GBA2GBSP? Yeah, I'm hoping for something similar.
I really dislike how it's just a rehash of the PSP with slightly added contents (lol @ stick to the right), such as the touchscreen, etc. But until there's more information on it, it's kinda stupid to be under assumptions on how sh`it a system is going to be. The back of the system is pretty interesting, I like the curve they have around there, it might be a lot easier to hold onto the system (imo).
