Clearly you ping once in the river, anivia will start to back up, you then blindly ult into the bush in the river, stunning the enemy mid who was setting up a gank, anivia is in position to wall, you slow with q, anivia has dropped her ult and her stun is about to land. Enemy mid lane is dead but garen and tristana have moved into position and are about to go all out on anivia. Anivia takes a beating and is now egged, stupidly instead of switching to attack you, as you are sitting there smacking them, they sit and attack the defense buffed egg as your warwick comes out of the jungle with red buff and ults tristana. Warwick's ult and a swipe with q are enough to finish off trist, you land a q on the stunned and confused garen, this lets warwick catch up and auto attack garen who gets slowed by red buff. Anivia has just come out of here egg and walls off garen's escape insuring his death.
