Tongue Jesters may give high exp for their level but... you can kill other monsters faster with better spawn and less hp which will yield more exp per hour. At level 90 you can go to roids then homunculus and then to pirates. Also since u dont seem to understand the concept, lets say the same time it takes u to kill 4 jesters you could have killed 6 roids... yes you get less exp per kill but overall you will gain more experience and level up faster.
