Unless the Mafians are incredibly stupid, or if the actual mafia doesn't know Derosis's alignment, then a bus driver did the work.
Also not sure why the time keeper (unless he's mafia, or unless it's completely different) reversed TheBird's death. He's not that useful compared to a doctor or something.
