What are you playing?

I tried to play Chrono trigger I really don't see why people liked that game so much even the special attacks are boring to use and useless half the time, especially the ones where it takes all three party members to cast them. A waste of turns for a shiny light that doesn't do as much damage as your combined normal attacks, the battle system usually just goes down to some buffs then spam attack and healing spells. And the story is kind of boring the only good part that I can't complain about much is the music.
