Doesn't really matter, for my post.
Could be a structural change, like adding an index to make certain operations more efficient.
Or could be a data change, like deleting any stockpile of more than X white scrolls.
Either way, if they touch the database, they might break something. Better safe than sorry. Hence: screenshots.
