Huh. Good to know. Maybe we could do brave handicaps by playing champs we know. I find it strange how different regions/countries work their way to different metagames, like Starcraft. L> detailed analysis on why.

If the effect says "UNIQUE" is does not stack, which I believe holds true for Last Whisper. It's also a relatively situational item for cutting into strong defense-stacking tanks, which the opposing team didn't have. Consider one of the items that builds from the BF sword like Infinity Edge or if you need that armor reduction, the Cleaver
