To clear thus up, UA Vampire is stronger than Cygnus. NW Vampire is 60% per hit and UA is 90% per hit. It is a noticeable difference since it strikes four times.

EDIT: I just checked it again, and apparently it only gets 2% of the damage as health instead of 5%. I suppose that at higher levels, it would be considerable though.
