You need to defeat the boss to get a box. And they group you according to your level and transport you to a map with the people you are grouped with. The other groups are just transported to a separate map. Let's say you are lvl 75, the people you are going to fight with are most likely all lvl 70-80+, so the chances of defeating the boss is low. So only the high level people would get anything good. The low levels are mainly just to go there for fun in my opinion~
