Hackers in maplestory? Say it aint so....lol. This has been my chief complaint about nexon right from the start. If they are going to basically do nothing to stop the hackers then they should at least help those affected by hackers. By help, I mean not sending an automated response to a ticket. Customer service is not that hard to provide, especially with a company of this size. Hell, they dont even have to have people working in the building for that. Many companies have work from home customer service reps.
