Again, I can understand that. Any good/decent gaming company requires it's employees to have a solid and up to date understanding of the game, which usually requires playing it. But on the whole, you don't usually live stream without it being a controlled setting. Hearing people in the background discussing game related things, or seeing content that should be private is a pretty bad idea. Yes it's great to have a nice community that you can interact with, but there's always limits on how far you should let it get. If, for example, they hadn't been livesteaming, and instead were just playing a private game, things wouldn't have been quite so bad. They probably could have gotten away with just disciplining Pysronic, but because it was live, and people did record/ss/etc., there wasn't much they could do. Any time you have to fire anyone for something like that, it's bad. Makes people tense up, slows down things because you now have to find a replacement, and leaves things in poor standing with the community.
