I can't tell you a sign to look for, but answer these (for yourself; actually replying to the thread is up to you):
Do you enjoy spending time with her?
Do you enjoy spending time with her even if you know there's no way you'll be, to put it bluntly, "getting any"? (basically, after an evening together, are you completely happy with just a kiss goodnight or whatever at the end)
Are you in any hurry to do anything?
Do you both value honesty?
I'm going to assume a yes on the first and last questions. If you enjoy spending time with her and you both are honest with each other, then you have nothing to be concerned about. Just make it a point that you want to be open about what you're comfortable with doing and you want her to be the same. Communication is key with relationships.
Just enjoy the ride as it goes. If she wants to take it slow, then take it slow - and just be open with her.
