I wish I could attain darkness here, but more often than not, my computer is in use as I sleep; and me being a custom noob, I can't find any way to get the power light disabled without the power button doing the same. Additionally the little red lights from turned off consoles and the lights on my tower fan. The one that enables oscilation was a bright blue one and I went so far as to covering it with electric tape. Oh, and the modem and router.
If something is off, why can't the blasted thing have no light coming from it. Why do TVs these days have those bright blue circles on the huge power buttons on whenever the TV is off, bothers me whenever I have to walk to the kitchen for water. And yeah, walking in darkness is perfectly fine in your own home, you should know where stuff is anyway.
Granted, when the moonlight finds it's way in I actually like it, and sometimes step outside to observe the nightscape (not that we can see much from our yard).
It's a wonder why my doctor prescribed me sunlight several months back for the lack of certain vitamins and abnormal internal clock.
