Elemental Wands & Staves Petition

That's way off topic though, and unlike those elemental wands/staves were an actual intended feature they had gone out of their way to add after promoting these items and whoring for people to spend money to win them, not an exploited glitch so the removal of the two are very different.

Why would nexon intend to give some classes super-easy perfect weapon scrolling while other are left in the dust? Sound like Nexen screwed up as usual and were too lazy to do anything about it. While I understand they are two very different topics, my point is that one, while blatantly unbalancing the game (the scrolls) goes largely unnoticed by Nexon, while the other, not unbalancing the game gets an "intended" nerf.
