I completely disagree with the bolded portion. In my opinion, what workers do on their own time is their own business and should not be grounds for punishment from an employer. If they can use having sex as an excuse to fire people, then what other excuses could they make to control you with in your activities away from the work place? I dont thing any of us want to go back to the days where your political views or not voting the way your employer wanted could get you fired.
Aside from that issue, if she decided to have sex while she was on duty and being paid for her time, then that is definitly grounds to be fired.
