Do you sleep with the light(s) on or off?

I like to sleep in absolute darkness

This is the only way I can sleep. I'll close the blinds, the door, and I'll position my alarm clock so that I can only see the numbers if I am sitting up. My TV has this small yellow light that is always on (Just to indicate that the TV is plugged in I guess) so I'll take my vidya gaming chair and put it in front of that so it doesn't distract me from obtaining the perfect sleep.

That's it I guess. I also sleep with the fan on ALL the time, even now during wintertime. I cannot sleep when it is too quiet otherwise I get distracted by small sounds, so the sound of the fan's motor hides all of that for me!
