The current party exp formula is the fairest Nexon could think up. I see no reason for them to do it differently in LHC.
If you act in anti-social ways, ks'ing and/or leeching and/or otherwise trying to take advantage of your party-mates, they won't want to party with you anymore. Self-regulating system.
