You're so funny! If it were truth, then an Assassin will be imba with Soul Driver while he has the very-high-crittical-rate and super-speed already.
Imo, the best class for an Ultimate Warrior is Dark Knight. Since the Soul Driver skill is same for all class, but the spear/PA has higher weapon multiplier. And, after all, HB is still a very useful party skill.
But, if we focus to how useful Soul Driver is, to each warrior class, then maybe a DK wont get much benefit from it, since the Dragon Roar is amazing already. To Hero and Paladin, Soul Driver can bring a big difference.
