Ehm EMS got the 80:20 exp sharing formula too but.
If i deal 50% of the damage to a monster and another person deals 30% and a third deals 20%.
I get 50% of the monsters total exp, the 2nd gets 30% and the third gets 20%.
The 80:20 is only for if you kill 100% of the monster or someone else does.
