I have no information, but I would assume it works exactly the same as any other party training situation. That is, the one who dealt the most damage to any given monster gets 80% of the experience from that kill, and the other 20% are distributed according to party member levels. The special LHC party bonus would be a simple multiplier, so, at the 250% bonus level, if you got 1k exp from a given kill you'll get 2.5k bonus, and if you got 100k from that kill you'd get 250k bonus.
That means a party should be balanced if you want everyone to get a good share of the exp. If you have one member greatly outdamaging everyone else and ks'ing the whole map, the others would get very little exp.
However, I repeat, I have no LHC specific information. Just using logic, which Nexon is notorious for not following.
