But they're competing, and if they theory of Homura trying to knock out competition before they come in (I don't believe this to actually be the case) is true, then there may be some huge penalty for not finding one on time. Also, Mami tried giving her one because she was gong to run out soon, or something like that. Homura didn't accept it, but I'd assume running out of seeds is a big deal.
