Should a Warrior starts pumping DEX for the new equips?

Here's my situation:

I have 192 base DEX on my character. I was hearing talk about DEXless warriors, but this made no sense to me since prior to BB DEX was a requirement for equipment. So, is my warrior considered to be in a good position? I just want to make sure I am maximizing my character especially since I only have the time for one character. I want to master him and then think about creating another character. Regardless, what do other members think about my character's DEX situation in contrast with the new updates coming and being discussed?

You trollin'? 192 base DEX on a warrior? Only a few equips require DEX for a warrior, and non anywhere near those amounts. The only class that should ever have 192 base DEX would be archers and gunslingers. Even if the lvl 140 gear that requires DEX is obtainable without selling your firstborn, you still have way too much to speak of maximizing your character.
