Yeah, my plans for equipping stuff basically requires buying up cheap lv.100 clean gear with 1-2 lines of dex potential (5 or 10 dex depending which line).

Putting on glove+shoe+top each with 15-20 dex would boost my current ~110 dex up to 155, then a HTP would put it over 170. After that it's just a matter of swapping in the lv.140 gear one by one.
