Fiel, good point. Any homo or heterosexual couple can file for a civil union through a government office, but they should use the marriage term maybe more inclined to a religion or spirituality instead. Give a person everything in your pocket only to help him/her out and he/she will still want more than you can possibly give. We could reduce all "marriages" down to being a government recognized civil union and term "marriage" only in religious aspects, and people somewhere, somehow would still find something to whine and groan about.
