I'm not sure since I don't have any proof but I remember that in the explication he did on why he would stop using GMS content he was like just asking if his site was ok with them and other stuff like that some people starting playing maple thanks to it, I think to avoid a lawsuit (maybe due to them crushing ps owners), they answer back not understading what he wanted, then he replied that if it was ok with him using it, that he didn't share how he was getting the content with the public and that he also removed the ability to download it, after that I don't quite remember what they replied but mainly it was that he should stop using their content.
