Yeah I've sent in a ticket before Christmas and have still been awaiting a response.

I can't recall which message I got before my ban(s). A lot of my buddies get disconnected for the hack reason, but I seem to be the only one to get banned. (I've gotten banned around 5 times now)

derp it happened again..

EDIT2: The message was "You have been blocked for the HACK reason"
