If you continue to bisect corners, you will never reach the innards of the circle since there will always be more angles to bisect. Notice that as the perimeter gets closer to the circle the perimeter of the outer box still stays 4 no matter how many times you bisect the corners. Since the perimeter stays 4 for all bisections, it never reaches pi because it never shrinks to conform to the circle. As such, Troll Math's proof is incorrect.

lim(x->inf) 4 always equals 4 no matter how you slice it. Since the perimeter of the square never changes, how can one say that the perimeter of a box is equal to the perimeter of a circle given Troll Math's constants in his proof? It's logically impossible.
