Advisory for Mechanics. (ANSWERS AND QUESTIONS!)
#16
ChaosH Wrote:None. You shouldn't try to scroll a glove yourself. On average, 3 out of 5 GFAs will work on a WG. That's 6 Wattk for 45~50m (5 GFA 60%), but you can buy a 8 Wattk WG for 47m. By trying to scroll your own glove, you'll LOSE money unless you're lucky enough to get a 10 Wattk WG (100m profit). 93% of losing money, not good.

Sell the GFAs. 27m you have + 2 GFAs = 8 Wattk WG bought from the FM. Search on CH 2 - avoid CH 1 FM 1 like HELL.

Actually, if you have enough determination, you could just spam mule characters for the masteria quests. Make a character, level to lvl 36, do GFA 60% and GFA 70%, delete character, repeat. With only those 2 quests (I don't know any other lv <40 GFA quest Hurt) you should make around 18~20m per character with a bonus 10m if you find a potential scroll and 250~500k for each maker powder you find. 2~3 mule characters and your Mechanic will get that Scar helm/Zhelm you need

Get a +10 DEX bathrobe (400k if you scroll it yourself), save your money for the Wattk WG, and then buy the Zrings. Don't buy them for anything higher than 4m however. A Scar helm would be better, 60~70m for +15 STR and +17 DEX, that's 3m mesos per stat point. Sure, the Zrings are much cheaper and you can get them earlier, but the price your paying for those DEX and STR points isn't as good as the Scar helm.

Stay away from Deputy Stars BTW - 50m for +5 allstats, 10m per point, no thanks.

The advantage of the Zring is that you can use the same rings for all your characters on the same world, so buying a Zring is much better if you plan on playing more than more character.

Like I said in my post, go Low-STR (50).

Oh, my.
Thanks so much!

This really helped, I'm ready now then ever. This is exactly what I needed.
I am much more sure about what to do.

Also, I have two characters I can do the GFA quest in NLC on.
Should I use those GFAs on like...plain work gloves?
