(yes, this boss is harder than people think for buccs lol) Using barrage in between casts helps a lot because you'll position him in the corner and you'll stun him so he doesn't cast one of his stun skills while you're in the middle of buffing.
Ah okay. Good to see CSB still has a purpose; I practically stopped using it so much after BB changes hit.
