You have to have both SI and booster on, and just hold down the demo button. A few frames late in casting demo again and he WILL stun you. (unless he just walks a bit or his attack doesn't stun you, in which case you have a bit more leeway but i would consider yourself lucky if he doesn't stun lol)
Quite a couple times I swear I saw all my speed buffs suddenly disappear. I dunno I may have gotten him confused with another boss for some reason. >_<
All I know is the chain stunning is really annoying when I need to rebuff. It's absolutely no fun seeing your character being chain stunned every 2-3 minutes because I need to rebuff.
