gear with flat int or secondary stat may sell, regardless of it being 2 or 3 line or way under average. a full set of potentialed int gear greatly lowers the bar for the cost of having 100-200 int on levelup for non-magicians. flat secondary stats are nice for boosting yourself to 170 in the event you ever get your hands on lvl140 gear. but i wouldnt spend buttloads on it. every piece of this type of equipment has cost me < 5m, and its hard to find in the fm.
of course, its a lot more appealing for warriors since clothes dont have secondary stat reqs.
