pretty much you recover full hp but if you get hit its 160% damage taken from the hit.

something along those lines...never used it really.

Uhm you can use it as an extra shield, but you have to time it very precise (Chakra Shield is only active when the blue spheres are active).

It also "stacks" with Meso Guard, so when you use Chakra and get hit, it's only 24% the original damage .
