took me longer to read the English version than the Korean text.
I hate Google translations. =_____=
Cheating City is the original name for Kerning City... GMS probably took the sound of it and made it spell Kerning... Kerning in Korean means cheating... as in exams and stuff o.o
Fits the theme, and the job that originate there, lol ^^"
