If you want the full set no, it's a complete waste. If you want the weapon it's plausible. To be honest if someone actually the amount of dex the increase difference would be so pitiful it wouldn't be worth the overall effort.
Most drks/aran's will probably invest in said amount of dex just for the pole arm, which is Fast 5 speed. It's also 113 attack I believe, with two speed increases, 13x clean spear.
