I finally found a sweet build for Gragas that truly makes sense for the off-tank that he is. I wouldn't be surprised if Nunu has a similar structure out there.

The guy spiels on and on about tanks in general, nothing in particular about Nunu, but he has a few points about other tanks and how to build to their strengths. The farthest I've ever gotten into the build is everything but Rylai's, and I think I'd take the new Zhonya's hourglass over it if I ever got to a full build.

Nunu is pretty straight forward. Just rush rod of ages then build tank items until you are bulky enough to live most fights, then just stack ap like any other caster.
