When did kismets give 16 dex (or 15/1, 14/2 or 4/12 or whatever)? You'll get 14 dex on an avg one and 15 dex on a perfect one, meaning 4-5 extra stats, not 6. That being said, its still a worthy upgrade for the price. Back in the day, you could sell a 10 dex sauna for more than what it'd take to buy a kismet and 100% it. That might've changed now with bathrobes though.
If you're looking for immediate upgrades, then I'd say you can try selling your 7 atk wg to get an 8 dex one. Other than that, there's not much you can do. As Wing has said, just save up for a good Gold Crow at 60 or a decent Nishada at 64 or something.
