Active participation will be determined by scoring frequency of site usage in the past 90 days (how many days actively using the forum out of the past 90). I can see that as low as a page by page request basis when I need to. People on the substantially low end of that score (if any) will be disqualified.
So if someone has a total of 10 posts in those 90 days are they considered active? Their hasn't been that many huge discussions and i'm finally out of infarct jail and trying to stay clean.
