*sigh* You are hard of head AND you forget things really fast. Not to mention you failed to read the patch notes AGAIN.
Actually Koggy's jungle creep destroying abilities were hit considerably due to creeps now having a 30 MR boost, but he still r4pes them in comparison to other champions. So not really a nerf in relative perspective.
