Putting some money into STR dagger such as a Pescas will actually be better in the long run, seeing as Pescas have 2 more attack than a Killic. But there is always the doubt of losing out on some precious str when upgrading items. I decided to just go killic, and save myself the trouble for the 2 extra ATT.
But if you still want to use a pescas, the easiest way will be to get a Chaos HTP and a Chaos Zak. That automatically puts you at 66 strength. 7 Str from Evolving ring puts you at 73, and from your other rings puts you above 75. But if you decide to upgrade a certain item, you may be limited because you will not be able to sacrifice even 1 str.
