I'm saying that by what i've seen already on KMS.
The Cooldown decreases by some levels. And, it's not only ONE second to place, but a lot of seconds to walk on the map, form the triangle.

I'm saying this because i've played a Mechanic until level 100. And felt from 77 to 10x was the same exact pomegranate. Because you level the same fucking way FOREVER.

It'sjust boring, extremely overpowered, there's absolutely no fun on playing such job.
