About the upscaling, you don't understand what I meant. The Youtube video converter, works best if you upload a video in full HD resolution, even if you watch it on 720p on Youtube later on. It's not a matter of personal preference, it's just a fact...

Also, what I dislike about WMV is that is has terrible keyframe handling, making it very anoying to "scroll" in a video before it's totally downloaded.
